The Regional Vice President, Sales & Operations will be responsible for overseeing center operations for the Southern California region. Each CA location Center Operations leader will report into RVP and they will have responsibility for all business operations across those locations (non-medical). They will be responsible for improving performance across all of the relevant KPI's (Sales, Payroll, Membership) while driving high team member engagement and culture. This position will also be lead operations leader in partnering across Home Office leadership team with cross-functional relationships across HR, Marketing, Finance and new center opening teams.

Schedule: 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote
What You Will Do:
- Understand the importance of and ensure operational procedures and practices connect with client service and experience along with sales generation.
- Promoted a culture of operational and business excellence amongst the Center teams by maintaining the Center Standard Operating Procedures (SPO); sharing best practices; providing support and training
- Partner with Home Office team to effectively execute company strategies, key initiatives, new product launches, and marketing campaigns; manages implementation through all stages
- Develop Quarterly Center Operations Audit; conduct audit quarterly within each Center; provide audit results, summary, and recommendations for improvement
- Works with HR and Center Directors to collaborate with recruiting and networking top talent
- Hire, develop and create a strong succession plan with a focus on strategic company initiatives in mind
- Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front Center operations are efficient and profitable
- Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow
- Ensures that business operations teams do their part in ensuring all support functions are in place to support our medical/clinical team (separate organizational structure reporting to Physicians)
- Ensures compliance with all applicable requirements and federal, state, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to those pertaining to quality improvement, human resources, environmental protection, fire and life safety, occupational injuries and illnesses, security, and disaster preparedness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of retail management experience; preferred medi-spa experience
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Ability to quickly assess workflow and obstacles; problem solve issues; design and facilitate implementation of initiatives and process
- Thrive on creating systems to replicate consistent results; yet demonstrate the flexibility to modify with a fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment.
- Strong organization and professionalism; be a self-started
Pay Range
$100,000—$180,000 USD
