In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for GTM teams, responsible for understanding their unique challenges and converting these into a roadmap and strategic vision for the Systems team. This role will require you to be deeply attuned to the individual business processes & challenges faced by these teams and comfortable navigating diverse problem sets. You will be expected to perform thorough problem analysis to refine and crystallize their needs into clear and actionable requirements. Then, you will be responsible for collaboratively selecting the best solution and ensuring its flawless execution.
Collaborate with teams like Growth, Field Operations, and CS Operations to identify and prioritize critical pain points, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and drive successful project outcomes.
Help manage a product roadmap and set a vision for the Business Systems team that aligns with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
Apply your systems-thinking skills to assess proposed solutions and consider their impact on the larger operational framework. You will be responsible for vetting implementation options and ensuring they will be a match to the problem your stakeholders are looking to solve.
Proactively identify and vet cutting-edge technologies and tools to optimize revenue processes and amplify overall team performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate problems & needs into actionable plans and strategies.
High adaptability and comfortability with switching between varied problem sets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Technologically adept with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Preferred experience in Salesforce.
