Location/Hours:Preferred location is in the following Texas metropolitan areas (Dallas, Austin, San Antonio). This is a remote position working out of your home office. The individual in this role would be expected to work core business hours, with other work hours being flexible.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Sales Operations Manager helps coordinate the sales process from lead generation through contracting. The role is responsible for performing a variety of projects and tasks related to the sales process, including , conducting industry research, prospecting, developing client proposals, analyzing and forecasting sales revenue, and co-managing a portfolio of accounts.
The Sales Operations Manager is the primary support professional to a team of sales directors whose primary responsibility is to qualify and sell solutions. The Sales Operations Manager is a member of the virtual sales team. This role calls for an individual with initiative, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks. An effective Sales Operations Manager is tech savvy, has excellent communication skills, along with distinctive organizational, collaboration, and client service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and quality leads through industry/account research and needs analysis.
- Support Sales Directors (Directors of Client Solutions) in pursuing and realizing opportunities from qualification to contracting.
- Help coordinate campaigns to expand brand awareness
- Create internal and external documents to support the sales process (meeting notes, marketing and sales collateral, strategic account plans, proposals that address client needs and goals).
- Assist in pricing professional service solutions based upon scope.
- Help coordinate training workshop dates/times and handoff to the project implementation team.
- Manage the contracting process, including creation of accurate contracts, tracking status within the CRM, and obtainment of all required documentation.
- Maintain the accuracy of sales forecast and sales data.
- Track and analyze key metrics, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with the team on process improvement initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with supervision from a Sales Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, psychology, organizational development, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field sufficient to successfully perform the primary responsibilities listed.
- Successful record of communicating with high-level clientele over the phone and in person in a professional demeanor with client-service orientation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn functionality, and account research tools. Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure.
· Demonstrated competence in the following: detail orientation, strong follow-through, self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team, navigating ambiguity, exchanges feedback in a way that improves performance and builds trust.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
