Senior Planner to join our team in
Sales Operations - Mississauga, ON.
This role will be responsible for working with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations to ensure that NCI meets or exceeds sales targets through the planning of sales objectives, assisting in the development of sales programs that assist in achieving the objectives and to ensure full and proper communication of our sales strategies.
Job functions Include but are not limited to:

Vehicle allocation. Responsible for Nissan Canada's vehicle allocation to Dealers with the Vehicle Planning department. In charge of the yearly and monthly allocation breakdown by dealer and model, and creation of reports to communicate the allocation volumes with the field and dealers.
- Strategic management and development of sales plans/programs to maximize Nissan vehicle sales and profits - Review market conditions, inventory levels, competing manufacturer's vehicles and programs to establish sales opportunities to deliver maximum sales monthly while adhering to forecasted budget.
- Regional/Head Office communications Management - Manage the timely communication between the Regions and Head Office of information pertaining to new vehicle sales.
- Lend expertise to all departments through special project - Share ideas and Sales department direction so that release of pricing, programs and product are all in sync. Special projects such as Value up, Market representation project, model-specific initiatives, etc.; all processes that the incumbent would be expected to actively participate in.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in the manufacturer sales and operations side of the automotive business

The incumbent in this position requires a broad range of interpersonal skills to carry out the responsibilities of this position including the ability to communicate both complex and simple information clearly and with diplomacy. Must have strong analytical and management skills

Intermediate/Advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau
