DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes, manage sales analytics, and support our sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales operations management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, from lead generation to deal closure.
Sales Analytics: Develop, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts and sales pipeline management.
Sales Training and Development: Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales training programs and provide ongoing coaching and support.
CRM Management: Oversee the utilization of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and maximizing its potential for sales team productivity.
Sales Reporting: Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance.
Sales Territory Management: Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize territory assignments and ensure balanced workloads.
Sales Incentive Programs: Assist in designing and managing sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure seamless cross-functional communication.
Process Documentation: Document sales processes and ensure all team members understand and follow them.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the hi-tech sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related tools (ERP we use Netsuite).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
