What To Expect
The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Sales Operations team in AUNZ, which is focused on driving sales and delivery growth through strategic initiatives, automation, best practices, standardisation and optimisation. You will play a key role in streamlining internal and external communications, collaborating with relevant teams and stakeholders to address growth challenges, and partnering with the team on projects that is beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market.
What You’ll Do
- Providing day to day support for Sales and supporting teams
- Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our sales & supporting teams
- Execute centralised outbound SMS & Email campaigns to customers
- Support and coordinate the execution of internal communications as well as external digital communications to our customers.
- Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership
- Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams
- Manage a weekly field update email showcasing updates, process, system & product enhancements/changes
- Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to keep email and SMS templates up to date and accurate.
- Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action
- Support various teams within the sales operations (order operations, fleet & allocation, inside sales and registration) umbrella with daily output specifically during peak sales & delivery volume
- Provide support to the business for key operational tasks when required
- Create business automation solutions to drive operational efficiencies
- Manage key business projects end to end
- Manage customer communications platform logic to ensure automated communications are operating
- Manage and execute system enhancement requests from key internal stake holders
What You’ll Bring
- Completed a tertiary qualification, applicants from a business, communication and commerce background are preferred
- Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission
