We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic cybersecurity firm.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across all account managers, regional heads, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and channel partners.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, the ability to analyze data and generate insights, and the skills to motivate and push the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Management:
Collaborate with account managers, regional heads, SMB teams, and channel partners to set sales targets and objectives.
Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and take proactive measures to ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular sales performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans as needed.
Identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide real-time insights into sales performance, revenue, and key metrics.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Present sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Sales Process and Tools Optimization:
Evaluate and enhance sales processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
Implement sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline sales operations and enhance data accuracy.
Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective utilization of sales tools and processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies and initiatives.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments to facilitate effective lead management and customer support.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral to support sales efforts and improve customer engagement.
Sales Target Achievement:
Set challenging sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed them.
Implement incentive programs and recognition initiatives to drive sales performance and reward top performers.
Regularly communicate sales goals, targets, and progress to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
Experience in developing and implementing sales dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
