Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Tesla’s Global Automotive Sales & Service Operations and Analytics team supports this mission by driving strategic priorities and using data and analysis to generate actionable insights. We partner with regional analytics, planning, and operations teams to set and achieve targets and coordinate with global stakeholders to drive alignment and optimization initiatives.
We combine world-class analytics with broader business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting Tesla’s leadership. This team is embedded in daily operations of the vehicle sales, delivery, and service organization, supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning. Team members are expected to analyze data, generate recommendations, and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of the recommendations.

We are looking for someone who will partner closely with regional operational team to drive growth for Tesla’s B2B business alongside the global sales & service planning & operations team. Successful members on our team have come from both business and technical backgrounds but all share a growth mindset and are constantly improving their knowledge and skills through continuous learning.
What You’ll Do
Drive performance: Collect and utilize market and competitive insights to support operational teams in developing sales & service strategies and programs Define and update business metrics in partnership with Operations, Planning and Analytics teams Work closely with the Analytics team to simplify, automate, or streamline reporting and forecasting tools available across regions and develop accurate and insightful reporting to drive decision-making Improve business account data quality and onboarding to refine sales segmentation Create and maintain dashboards and analyses to understand sales potential or operations impact when making complex decisions that affect the business Develop ad hoc analysis and communicate key insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help teams stay nimble in dynamic environments Regularly connect with regional leadership to follow sales and operations performance, to share priorities or best practices, and gather feedbacks or pain points
Build operations: Establish an excellent operating framework, including management of contracts, digital tools adoption, ownership experience, and escalation handling with business customers Ensure customers are fulfilling their contractual obligations (e.g. payment terms) and maintain agreements consistency with legal and privacy requirements evolution Prioritize global software engineering priorities to support a self-serve customer ecosystem (in Tesla for Business), customer satisfaction and improved field productivity Coordinate the go-to-market strategy for Tesla APIs (offers, agreements, support) Support market expansion by guiding business sales hiring plan, supervising new markets launch and contributing to senior staff onboarding through market visits Design dedicated organization models for Sales & Delivery business teams with global training and knowledge resources produced by Design and Learning teams
Grow sales: Ensure global sales targets are reviewed regularly and in line with plan of record Coordinate global Requests for Proposal (RFP) or large bulk order opportunities Establish frameworks and sales programs at HQ-level to generate sales across all B2B channels to achieve sustainable new accounts acquisition and expand business and penetration within existing customer base Support various sales initiatives to maximize customer awareness across various channels Partner with Finance and Business Operations & Planning teams to design and update rewards or incentives for new business programs or specific customer requirements Ensure international governance for key Leasing Companies and leverage their channels to make Tesla a preferred OEM and improve Corporate Fleet business Map and monitor Tesla’s performance with top 200 International Key Accounts through Tesla’s Customer Relationship Management system info and direct customer insights Develop cross-selling initiatives across Tesla’s product portfolio by aligning account actions to increase success rate
What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent and 5+ years of professional experience
- A strategic and global mindset and sense of curiosity, with strong automotive knowledge
- Significant experience in business or commercial sales with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals
- Demonstrated success driving tangible impact and influencing within a broader organization, especially in an operational role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects/initiatives
- Excellent problem-framing, problem solving, and project management skills
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
- A hands-on approach and capable of leading, developing, and motivating a team
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to travel for work as needed

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
