For our location in Salzburg (Austria) we are looking for a to strengthen our Sales Operations Team as soon as possible:
Client Manager within Sales Operations (m,w,d) - Austria, Salzburg
Full-time (40 hours/week), limited to 12 months
You Will Support Our Team In The Following Activities
- Planning, controlling and optimizing sales processes
- Interface between Area Sales Manager, sales partners and internal departments
- Preparation of sales documents and distribution of marketing materials
- Development and implementation of new sales strategies
- Calculation and handling of promotions
- Independent design and optimization of financing offers for sales partners
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Support in the organization and implementation of customer events, trade fairs and events
- Creation of credit/debit notes
- Creation of analyses, reports and statistics
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in support or similar position in an international environment
- Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Fluent English language skills in written and spoken
- Knowledge of Spanish and German is an advantage
- Accurate, independent and structured work style
- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Our compensation packages are competetive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 28.574,- EUR.
