As a Sales Operations Manager, you are at the center of our sales, customer success, finance, and product teams. You are ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to maximize sales operations, assist with data management, generate reports, and identify actionable insights to support the overall business strategy.
Sales Operations Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and analyze reports and dashboards to measure KPIs, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Manage and optimize existing sales enablement tools and continually review new tools to maximize the sales team’s overall efficiency, including email outreach, revenue intelligence, CRM, and automation platforms
- Create and analyze models to review team workloads, activity output, revenue and profit trends, and other relevant areas as needed to support the organization
- Manage the commissions process for sales and client success
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track the sales funnel and operational metrics to deliver regular insights to the business
- Review client contracts and IOs for accuracy ensuring contract totals and invoicing terms are properly entered into the CRM
- Assist with list segmentation, cleaning, and uploads for email campaigns
- Manage and maintain various sales and related campaign team documentation, including contracts and vendor forms
- Provide support as needed for the month-end close process

- Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs
- Represent Brandshare in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, sales enablement, or similar role supporting sales, marketing and/or customer success teams
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop new strategies
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability
- Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks; Salesforce Admin certification and advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and trends to create forecasts

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
