The Executive General Manager, US & Canada (USCAN) Sales & Operations Planning is responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning Process, PSI forecasting, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Demo Operation for a $4B P&L. This is a key leadership position working across the commercial, order operations, supply chain and region leadership teams. Driving continuous improvement and lean enterprise management are core to the success of the organization. Job Description- Execute S&OP on a monthly basis: translate orders demand into unit forecast and supply chain procurement signals working across commercial, supply chains, and order operations.
- Drive unit and revenue forecast accuracy for current quarter, year, and long range planning across all business units: Imaging, Ultrasound and Patient Care Solutions
- Work to identify incremental revenue opportunities by partnering with commercial, project management, and service
- Achieve inventory turns and reduce aged inventory in line with objectives
- Ensuring compliance of the Demo Pool to all QARA and controllership requirements
- Deliver on time across the demo operation
- Managing the Demo internal and external vendors
- Continuously improve processes across the value stream
- Collaborate / solution oriented in working with partners and stakeholders
- Develop a high performing organization where lean is a cultural operating lever and people feel valued
- This position can sit in eastern, central or mountain time zone with the preferred location in WI.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of operations experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead and inspire
- Expertise with data, analytics, process orientation, and critical thinking
- Demonstrate a bias for action and execution
- Able to clearly communicate across the organization and tailor messages to audiences
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods such as quarter close
- Strong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without restriction
- Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- MBA
- Experience in large scale operational process improvement including lean utilization
- Change Orientation: Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes, and adapt to business and functional changes
- Operations Management Leadership Program or other leadership program
- Lean / Six Sigma Certification
