Rx Savings Solutions is looking to hire a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing Operations team! The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the development, maintenance, and optimization of key sales operations processes. Our ideal candidate will possess sales operations experience including the use of Salesforce Lightning, along with analytical skills and experience working collaboratively with sales and other cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that will maximize revenue opportunities.
Ideally, we are seeking a local candidate in the Kansas City area who can work hybrid (in office / from home), but we will consider a well-qualified, fully remote individual
Oversee daily sales operations tasks and processes, relating to account, opportunity, and order management, including quote creation and deal approvals
Utilize CRM to create, maintain, and optimize sales reports and dashboards
Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining our sales contracting process
Ability to assist the sales team with Salesforce and other system or process related questions
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals
Create and manage sales documentation, such as job aids for new hires and, system or process updates
Provide training and support to the sales team on operations systems and processes as needed
Degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience relative to the job responsibilities listed above
2+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with emphasis on knowledge of accounts, opportunities, and building reports
Prior sales and operations experience in a SaaS/software/technology industry preferred
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to multitask and prioritize projects
Able to meet deadlines when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$52,100 - $86,800
