About the Role:

We're looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to help us lead the Revenue Operations team to enable the growth of our business. You will own the end-to-end business process of driving predictable revenue and associated insights across the organization. This will be done while partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and the three business units, Revenue, Operations, and Product. In this role you will be part of the Revenue team and report directly to our VP of Sales, CS, and Support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end business process of driving predictable revenue and associated insights across the organization, ensuring transparency, accountability, predictability, and overall execution rigor at scale
  • Manage a team that oversees the Revenue Operations for Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support
  • Lead and manage 360-degree quarterly planning for the Rev Ops unit, including the creation and maintenance of One-Pager.
  • Follow our people-first values, hire, train, and develop a world-class team including establishing departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures, along with implementing new processes, procedures, and habits for scaling
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop models, recommendations, and strategies to drive revenue; ensuring alignment, working towards the same success metrics and ensuring ability to operationalize at scale (including planning and rolling out new strategic initiatives)
  • Develop and evolve processes and practices to deliver visibility across the entire team, improve efficiency across the revenue process, drive revenue predictability, and achieve revenue growth
  • Align teams around a single view of the business with shared revenue targets and develop processes to encourage collaboration
  • Lead revenue data-related activities and revenue-related systems management. Partner and stakeholder to Data leadership on cross-functional infrastructure, definition and analysis projects
  • Plan ahead, evaluate, implement, and improve upon existing resources
  • Act as a key player in cross-functional strategic planning by using data and reporting to align business goals across the business units.
  • Accountable for company-wide self-serve revenue information/communications and dashboards, and own evaluation of changes to the team

A little bit about you:

  • Experience with revenue forecasting and reporting, while delivering results to leadership
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching in a revenue operations context
  • Experience with the revenue-related tech stack for SaaS companies
  • Results-oriented and an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail throughout project planning, implementation, and delivery; as well as a proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset to identifying and solutioning, while keeping Unbounce's people-first mindset at the forefront of organizational issues and new initiatives
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experienced leader with a minimum of 5 years experience managing a team. Ideally with domain expertise and experience at SaaS software and technology company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the confidence and ability to present to all levels within the organization in a clear, concise, and helpful manner. This also assumes excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of people throughout the organization

  • $129,560 - $170,000
