Job Description
Purpose:
The purpose of the Sales Operations Graduate position is to provide the successful candidate with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to become a successful Sales Operations professional.
The Graduate will work closely with the Merchant Channels team and the Sales Operations team to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the sales operations process, from lead generation and qualification to customer relationship management and reporting. This position will provide the apprentice with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills they need to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Scope:
The Sales Operations Graduate role is part of the Sales Operations Department and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The apprentice also has an operational reporting line to the Merchant Channels Manager.
Key Deliverables:

Generate and qualify leads

Coordinate and respond to customer requests.

Prepare and execute sales proposals

Track and analyse sales data
-
Provide administrative support to the sales and merchant development teams
Additional Tasks/Responsibilities:

Support and coordination of department strategic projects

Attend training and development programmes.
Qualifications
-
Undergraduate University degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Additional Information
Expected Start Date: as soon as possible.
Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
