We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Senior Sales Operations Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our sales team in the competitive construction industry. As a Senior Sales Operations Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights to drive sales performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
2. Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales performance.
3. Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
4. Drive efficiency improvements through the identification and implementation of process enhancements.
5. Use visual analytics to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
6. Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to support sales planning and strategy development.
7. Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of sales analytics tools and methodologies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.
3. Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
5. Expertise in sales operations, including sales process, sales strategy, and sales performance management.
6. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data findings to stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
11. Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency improvements and process enhancements.
