About our client:
Our client is an international company in the online energy trading sector. Now we are looking for a Interim Head of Revenue Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns sales, marketing operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable to revenue. Your team defines the systems, data, and processes to ensure that company's go-to-market teams are enabled. You make recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer on how to accelerate revenue growth and improve business performance.
About the role:
- Lead the revenue operations team by establishing the strategic direction and priorities while ensuring the successful and timely execution of tasks.
- Supervise the commercial processes and workflows to empower the commercial teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Serve as the central repository for customer information within the organization, with a primary focus on customer acquisition, recurring revenue, upsell opportunities, customer satisfaction, and other customer-centric metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to enhance lead generation processes and assist in building systems to improve conversion rates.
- Develop reliable and scalable commercial forecasting processes that accurately predict revenue across all business lines.
- Take charge of commission planning, defining engagement rules, and delivering reports that promote a high-performance culture in our commercial team.
- Manage revenue analytics, reporting, and insights, including the evaluation of sales processes that implement top-tier SaaS metrics.
- Supervise and take ownership of critical commercial tools and technology, including the CRM, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Promote the adoption of processes and tools through effective change management across the commercial function.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
That’s what you bring with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 8 years of professional experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a startup, technology, or software context
- Proven track record of effectively leading high-performing teams
- Profound expertise in utilizing CRMs and sales/marketing operations tools, such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and similar platforms
- Exceptional data analysis skills, including extensive experience in reporting
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Robust experience in team management
- A dedicated team player who excels in both conceptual work and meticulous implementation
- Competency in data analytics, metrics, and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making
- Possesses a customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
