Position Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Work Location: Remote (US)
Reports to: SVP of Global Sales
As WithMe’s Revenue Operations Manager, you will support WithMe’s Sales and Marketing teams with technology management, reporting, data analysis, and other critical tasks related to revenue operations. This role is full-time and reports to the SVP of Global Sales. This is a 100% remote position with a preference for candidates within Mountain, Central or Eastern time zones.
The Day to Day Responsibilities
- Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of revenue-related technologies, including CRM (Salesforce), sales/marketing automation (Hubspot, Drip, Groove), and sales analytics tools. Ensure that these tools are utilized effectively and integrated seamlessly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into revenue performance and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to senior leadership and recommend action plans.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the health of the revenue pipeline. Monitor and report on these metrics to drive improvements in sales and marketing strategies.
- Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline analysis. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and refine sales processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective. Implement tools and technologies that enhance the sales process, such as CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain sales and revenue operations documentation, processes, and training materials. Train sales and marketing teams on best practices and system usage.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Foster collaboration and alignment between the sales and marketing teams. Ensure that marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts are effectively supporting the sales process.
To Be Successful
The Revenue Operations Manager will be experienced in using data systems including Salesforce, and have superior attention to detail and organization skills.
- 3+ years of professional work experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing operations
- Expert proficiency with Salesforce
- Attention to detail and superior organization is a must
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Ability to work remotely
