Publicly traded, well-established tech company with a great reputation is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support their Chief Customer Success Officer based in San Diego. Someone with sharp communication skills, the ability to communicate cross-functionally with other executives and their EA’s, and has established systems for an organization. You will be a leader for the Customer Success EA Community by helping with onboarding, coaching, hiring, and team morale. Previous experience working within a larger organization of 1000-5000+ people. This role is a hybrid role based in San Diego. 120-130K+ DOE plus competitive benefits, 401k, and other amazing perks!
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to CCSO. Build context and understanding of the Executive's priorities to ensure that they spend time on the highest priorities and support those projects and requests.
- Manage complex and detailed calendars to align schedules with priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and transportation. Providing the Executive with detailed itineraries.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Business Operations team to support and deliver on leadership team meetings, priority reviews, all hands, off-sites, organizational events, etc.
- Serve as a leader of the EA community to build connections and ensure effective and efficient coordination across Executives.
- Partner closely with Sr EA's in support of CEO Staff Leaders and partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EA's and other stakeholders.
- Build a keen understanding of the Customer Success organization – the vision, business direction, and mission.
- Take initiative in researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, and maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; supporting C-level executives preferred.
- Highly proactive, takes ownership to anticipate needs, and adept at managing up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
- Trustworthy with demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity and exercise excellent judgment at all times.
- Collaborative team player who makes teams better and focuses on helping the bigger team win.
- Ability to tame organized chaos and juggle multiple deliverables while remaining calm and composed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced Outlook calendar management with expert-level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite/Workspace.
- Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Ability to take on new challenges to learn and grow.
- Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with key stakeholders.
