Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator who is Salesforce.com certified. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales operations efficiency and supporting the marketing and sales teams with reports, data management and insights. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform to streamline our sales processes, create reports, and ensure clean data.

- Salesforce Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and customize the Salesforce CRM platform to meet the specific needs of our sales team.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Ensure data integrity, data quality, and security within Salesforce.
- Train sales team members on best practices for using Salesforce to improve their productivity.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales ops team to implement and manage marketing automation tools integrated with Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales and marketing performance.
- Assist in lead management, lead scoring, and lead assignment processes.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, tracking, and analytics.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales and marketing operations.
- Streamline workflows and automate routine tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data within Salesforce to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management team.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and optimal utilization of Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Prior experience in sales support role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be a self-starter.
