Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator, to join our Sales Operations team. This role can be located in our brewery office in South Bermondsey, London, or in our brewery office in Huddersfield.
This role is an integral part of the sales department, working with our local and national sales team to develop and nurture business partnerships in our local delivery areas. You will use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to dispatch orders and keep general data entry. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries and ensure communication within the team at all times. You will provide desk-based troubleshooting and assistance relating to customer orders, account statuses and ad hoc issues as they arise.
Key duties:
- Provide support answering the phones for both Fourpure and Magic Rock breweries
- Processing of Export orders via our CRM systems and manage generating commercial invoices, packing lists and new line forms
- Managing our weekly Export stock availability file to be sent to customers
- Supporting our logistics team and Customer Services Manager by coordinating collections
- Liaising with our warehouse teams on order dispatch and escalate any delivery issues to our Customer Services Manager
- Liaising with our Account Managers to flag any specific customer requests or complaints
- Reporting any quality complaints via our Quality Case system and escalate with our Account Managers and Customer Services Manager
- Advising customers of delivery times and main point of call for any delivery issues
- Processing of direct delivery or collection orders via our CRM systems
- Booking and dispatching emergency courier deliveries where required
- Helping manage our mobile bars fleet and process rental requests for our On-Trade customers
- Precise data entry and record keeping into our internal systems
- Allocation of stock to orders following our stock availability report
- Prepare and dispatch sales samples and/or Point of Sales items from our Bermondsey office
- Work with Credit Controller to ensure customer’s payment is up to date prior to dispatching new orders
- Assist the team in taking payment from Customers
- Process all new accounts enquiries and register all data on our CRMs
- Help with occasional trade marketing communications
- Assisting with tele-sales and chasing customers for orders, manage standing orders requirements
Qualifications
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can-do attitude to problem solving
- Exceptional people skills and being able to work as part of a team
- Proficient in IT and MS packages – technology savvy
Experience:
- 2 years in a customer services/sales support/operations environment
- Experience in supply chain/live production environment
- Working in an agile SME with high levels of growth and change
- Working remotely and communicating with your team via chat messages, calls or emails
- Dealing with fast paced, high pressure environment
Knowledge:
- A clear understanding of all sales department functions
- Understanding of Credit Control
- Understanding of B2B sales functions, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Some understanding of Logistics and Courier deliveries (desirable)
- Understanding of Export documentation and customs desirable

Additional Information:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week) 5 days per week across Monday - Friday
