As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team's success.
What you'll do:
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline our sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in the financial services sector. Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement process enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data specific to the financial services industry. Provide insights and actionable recommendations. Produce regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts tailored to this sector.
- Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies, specifically within the financial services domain. Utilize data and analytics to support decision-making aligned with the company's objectives.
- Sales Tools and Technology: Manage and maintain our sales tools, CRM system (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales-related technology platforms. Provide training and support to the sales team to maximize their effectiveness.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the financial services industry. Identify trends and areas of concern and work with the sales team to address performance issues.
- Territory and Quota Management: Assist in defining and managing sales territories and quotas, with a specific focus on the NYC financial services market. Ensure equity and alignment with local market conditions.
- Sales Reporting: Create and deliver regular sales reports, considering the unique aspects of the NYC financial services sector, to sales leadership and other stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Sales Training Support: Assist in the development of sales training materials and resources tailored to the financial services industry. Provide support and resources to enhance the onboarding and ongoing training of the sales team.
- Market and Competitor Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the NYC financial services market. Provide insights to help the sales team adapt strategies and stay ahead of the local competition.
What you'll bring:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in the context of the financial services industry.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tactics in the financial services sector.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales analytics tools. Familiarity with database management is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reporting quality, especially in the context of the financial services sector.

- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
