Role – Revenue Operations Manager
Required Exp - 6+ years
Requirements-
6 years of Salesforce administration experience. Expertise in developing sales and
marketing tech stack to empower sales, marketing, and customer management teams
(GTM team).
Project Management experience - with the launch and implementation of technologies for
GTM team; with setting up processes for data projects to enable marketing campaigns
using tech stack
Data management - Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets - Able to clean and
normalize spreadsheet data to prepare for import. Utilize Salesforce Dataloader,
Cloudingo, Salesforce Account Engagement Import Wizard, and Salesforce Import
Wizard
Experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud with 50+ users
Roles and Responsibilities:
Helping track and improve key performance metrics for sales and marketing teams
Constantly iterate and drive process improvement and productivity for the GTM team
Creating Reports and Dashboards for the executive team and the sales org
User management - Creating/editing/deactivating users, creating/updating roles, and
updating permissions and profiles as needed
Managing data uploads, and downloads per requests from the revenue organization,
and administering and creating connections required to manage data flow in CRM
Troubleshooting any connection issues on the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach,
Zoom info, 6sense, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Facilitating projects and ensuring ongoing progress by setting up project meetings,
handling the minute-taking at meetings, and engaging in one-on-one inter-departmental
touch-point meetings.
Developing and implementing streamlined processes and procedures to enhance sales
and marketing operations, including introducing agile frameworks and sprints.
