- Chief of Staff Role: As the Chief of Staff, this role acts as a trusted advisor to the Head of US Sales & Marketing, providing critical support in managing their day-to-day activities, coordinating meetings, and ensuring strategic priorities are met, thus accelerating progress toward revenue and profit growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The individual works to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and key opinion leaders. This collaboration is instrumental in breaking down barriers and propelling the organization forward.
- Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review: Coordinate and oversee the review of promotional materials with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Plan of Action and Strategy Meetings: Organize and lead Plan of Action meetings and large company strategy meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Business Review Meetings: Manage and facilitate business review meetings for the brand, assessing the overall financial performance of the business unit and identifying areas for improvement.
- Compliance Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between the commercial team and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulations and preparing the organization for audits.
- Digital Operations and Automation: Drive digital operations initiatives to ensure efficiencies and automation are in place, optimizing digital marketing efforts and enhancing overall productivity.
