🙌 About The Role
Localyze is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic
Revenue Operations Associate to join our dynamic Growth team. As a relatively new discipline, Localyze's Revenue Operations mission is to transform the way Sales, Marketing and Customer Success go-to-market. In this hands-on position, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to implement, troubleshoot, and enhance revenue operations processes, tools, and best practices. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and optimizing operational workflows, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention, primarily within Salesforce. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to refine our go-to-market strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Optimise the entire revenue operations process, spanning from lead generation to prospect acquisition and customer retention.
- Administer and enhance the CRM system, Salesforce, and other essential sales, customer, and marketing tools.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align efforts and deliver a unified customer experience.
- Use data and analytics to measure and enhance performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as product, finance, and data analytics to identify and implement process improvements.
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.
- Contribute actively to the ongoing development and enhancement of the revenue operations team and its processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
🌟 What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a B2B revenue operations or a related field.
- 2 or more years of Salesforce expertise.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing automation, and customer intelligence tools and reporting systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AirCall, ZoomInfo, Looker, or others.
- A robust analytical and problem-solving mindset, demonstrated by experience in using data and analytics to enhance systems, operations, and performance, coupled with acute attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, the company's target audience, and overarching goals.
- Proficiency in conducting market and customer research to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Strong project management capabilities, enabling you to prioritise and oversee multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality, enabling you to thrive autonomously in a remote work environment.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and growth within the field of revenue operations, coupled with a proactive approach to skill development.
