Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements :
- Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and Supervises sales team
- Sets schedules and motivates sales team
- Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
- Excels in customer follow up & engagement
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
- Attends manager meetings
Automotive Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-5 year of Sales Management experience REQUIRED
- Strong 2nd chance finance experience REQUIRED
- Strong customer follow up experience REQUIRED
- Strong computer skills as specifically pertains to the automotive digital programs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of successful selling
- Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
- Valid Driver’s License
- Automotive Sales Management: 2-5 years (Required)
- Automotive Sales: 5-10 years
