Revenue Operation Assistant - Data Entry Specialist
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the Services Organization as a Revenue Operation Assistant. This individual will work closely with the Director of Services Operations to track Professional Services projects and monitor project health. The main goal is to relieve billable resources from operational tasks whenever possible.
Essential Functions
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into the internal project tracking system.
- Project Setup: Set up projects in the Professional Services automation tool based on services sold through Statement of Work, proposals, and/or invoices using manual data entry.
- Data Audit: Conduct audits of OpenAir entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Process Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of new processes across Professional Services.
- Workflow/System Improvements: Identify, communicate, and assist with workflow or system improvements.
- Information Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize information across divisions in report form.
- Resource Sharing: Collaborate with peers in Services Operations to facilitate resource sharing.
Other Functions
- Process Improvements: Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process to peers.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assigned duties from immediate supervisor or upper management.

- High Volume Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Data Integrity: Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation within the role.
Position Specific Competencies
- High Volume Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in high volume data entry is required.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Possess strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Professional Services Automation Platform: Experience with administering and optimizing a Professional Services Automation platform such as NetSuite OpenAir is highly preferred.
- Microsoft Product Suite Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Proactive and Effective: Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
