Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a skilled logistics professional to work at our client's location as a Sales Operations Program Manager (Media, Advertising). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry. The position is a 12+ month Contract-Hire role that could be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.
Position: Sales Operations Program Manager (Media, Advertising)
Location: New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid- 3 days in office)
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
Pay rate: $64-66/hr
JOB SUMMARY:
Key job responsibilities (Duties):
- Oversee the development and expansion of select strategic initiatives within high-growth areas of the business, based on leadership input
- Plan, design, and run tactical execution of key initiatives, building and managing roadmap to achieve results
- Identify emerging opportunities, diagnose challenges and define actions to address them with the needs of the US LCS customer in mind
- Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with various stakeholders within the partner organization. Act as a trusted advisor to collaborators and translate business needs into clear project requirements that inform scalable and repeatable initiatives.
- Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers within leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets
- Support ad hoc special projects as needed
Top skills:
- Stakeholder management, attention to detail, ability to look around corners (anticipate what is coming at them and mitigating)
- 6+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, business development, product management, program or project management
- 6+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
- 4+ years of experience managing, evaluating and communicating results to senior management
- 4+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Exceptional business judgment and experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape including advertiser/brand, agency, and publisher objectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
