Job Summary: The Elevation Deal Desk Team drives the sales strategy and execution to transform and lead our sales teams towards selling the Elevated Home. The Elevated Home includes PV + storage, energy efficiency, smart home automation, and other future smart energy technology. This organization is responsible for building the sales models and engines to drive sales execution through both our partner and internal sales network. We are looking for a qualified individual who can contribute to the growth and development of sales teams, assuming responsibility for: Assist in day-to-day internal sales operations. Interact with energy consultants in the initial stages of their solar project. Facilitate the submission of sales. Ensure all documentation is accurate & efficient. Manage CRM inputs and data entry. Communicating performance and insights about sales operations performance and progress to leadership. Responsibilities: Sales Performance - Achieve assigned initiatives tied to sales and revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Sales operations pipeline management. Facilitate the securing of scope of work quotes required for completion of individual solar projects. Work with members of Sales Teams on maximizing efficiency on sold accounts. Serve as an advocate and main point of contact for internal sales reps. Develop, manage, and send weekly reports to sales operations teams. Attend sales operations meetings and provide specific feedback for sales support, design, and internal operations teams. Maintain working knowledge of all current financial products and services available for all Elevation Solar projects. Maintain working knowledge of all processes associated with available financial products and services. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of customer service or sales experience. Experience in the renewables (solar) industry is a plus. Experience working with sales organizations and maintaining solid, lasting relationships. Excellent communication and organization skills. Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office. Experience working with Salesforce. Experience taking on bold ambitions and driving positive outcomes. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:? This position is performed in a standard office environment. This person will operate more than 90% of the time in a stationary position. When not stationary, this person may need to move about the office environment to access filing cabinets, office machinery etc. This person must be able to operate a computer, common software packages as other office machinery such as a calculator and a printer.
