We're representing a Series B FinTech startup looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their growing NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Own and administrate all Go-To-Market related SAAS tools, including Hubspot, Aircall, Chorus, Zoominfo and more.
- Customize objects, views and automations on Hubspot
- Create and manage dashboards on both Hubspot and Tableau
- Operate incentive plans
- Translate real world business problems to CRM objects, processes, metrics and goals
- Manage and distribute leads to various cohorts of sales representatives on a weekly basis
What you’ll need:
- 3+ Year of Sales Operations experience
- Highly experienced in CRM customization (Hubspot preferred)
- Highly experienced in building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Highly experienced in data manipulation using either Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience owning the commissions process (preferred)
Compensation: Starting from $140K + Equity
