We are looking for an exceptional individual who combines strategic thinking with operational expertise to join our team. As a key member of our sales business unit, you will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to drive operational excellence and support the rapid growth of our sales team. This role requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Planning, you will play a crucial role in building systems to support our expanding sales team.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, and drive impactful projects that accelerate sales growth, improve sales processes and operations, and enhance global marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze historical data to provide valuable sales insights on performance, seasonality, high-level trends, and more.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will have a material impact on the company's growth trajectory.
- Serve as a resource to ensure sales reporting and analytics align with the broader organizational goals.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices within the sales team, playing an integral role within our sales operations team.
- Identify learning opportunities and process improvements for the sales team, partnering with enablement to create documentation and training sessions to address these gaps.
- Complete operational projects to assist the sales team in achieving their revenue goals, such as identifying target accounts and managing sales territories.
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or an analytics role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is essential. Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence (BI) tools is preferred.
- You possess proven analytical and quantitative skills, approaching problem-solving with a data-driven mindset.
- You are motivated by exceeding goals and thrive in high-growth, performance-focused environments.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and professionalism are among your key strengths.
- You hold a BA/BS degree.
