We are looking for a rare talent to lead our RevOps function. The ideal candidate has a unique background of implementing, managing, and iterating GTM technology, owning the processes within them and is responsible for the insights they matriculate up to executive leadership. If you are comfortable getting their hands dirty with programmatic tactical work, with the ability to effectively communicate the key takeaways the data is indicating, you are the ideal candidate.
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer while partnering with leadership across marketing, sales and customer success to improve revenue efficiency and the execution of strategic initiatives cross-functionally.
- Revenue Strategy: Collaborate with department heads and executive team to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to increase profitability and drive growth.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Align with marketing operations manager to foster collaboration between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring leads, opportunities, and revenue targets are aligned.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze performance, and make data-backed decisions to optimize revenue streams.
- Process Improvement: Streamline revenue-related processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
- Systems Management: Own and optimize the use of revenue management tools, CRM systems, and other software to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leaders to create accurate revenue forecasts and track performance against targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and other teams to align revenue initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue operations management or a related role, with a track record of enhancing revenue streams.
- Historical ownership and development of CRM and revenue management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
