Summary
Immaculate Flight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager based in Orlando, Florida, to lead and elevate our presence in the private aviation industry. As a Regional Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, accountable for the overall success of your assigned region. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities, fostering client relationships, and executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed our growth objectives. We are looking for a goal-oriented, revenue-focused leader who can establish strong relationships, develop a robust business strategy, and provide the operational oversight necessary to deliver our services consistently and at the highest standard to our clients.
Essential Functions
Business Operations
- Lead by example through effective communication of our vision, active coaching, and development, all while continuously comparing sales results to our goals and taking necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure that supply and demand are well-coordinated, planned, and executed to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Provide oversight of sales management, budget planning, and offer constructive feedback to improve results.
- Take responsibility for the recruitment, orientation, training, development, and retention of your regional team.
- Embody and promote the Immaculate Flight culture by consistently living our core values, and address any team behaviors that are not aligned with these values.
- Act as a liaison to foster cooperation and communication between various departments and regions.
- Understand and address the concerns, needs, and challenges of employees within the region, supporting their managers in finding effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, lead by example, and drive results through efficient planning, prioritization, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and strategies to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our goals.
Maintain and grow customers in the region

- Develop a comprehensive plan to secure new business opportunities within the region, leveraging your extensive knowledge of our company's offerings to identify profitable opportunities and expand your network.
- Build and maintain a robust list of potential new business opportunities, including key regional accounts and distributor partners.
- Direct the preparation of RFPS, proposals, agreements, and quotes.
- Identify and actively pursue targeted clients, communicating effectively with the Director of Sales/Marketing and the Senior Operations Director to ensure successful project delivery, leveraging tools like HubSpot to track client needs, expertise, and capacity effectively.

- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.

Reports to Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing with a dotted line to Sr. Director of Operations
- Oversees regional sales and operations and overall success of the region.
Required Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development.
- Experience leading a team and influencing team members.
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot) software preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% travel on average monthly.
- Attendance at Marketing events, tradeshows and other events as discussed.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
