Immaculate Flight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager based in Orlando, Florida, to lead and elevate our presence in the private aviation industry. As a Regional Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, accountable for the overall success of your assigned region. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities, fostering client relationships, and executing a strategic plan to meet or exceed our growth objectives. We are looking for a goal-oriented, revenue-focused leader who can establish strong relationships, develop a robust business strategy, and provide the operational oversight necessary to deliver our services consistently and at the highest standard to our clients.Essential Functions
- Lead by example through effective communication of our vision, active coaching, and development, all while continuously comparing sales results to our goals and taking necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure that supply and demand are well-coordinated, planned, and executed to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Provide oversight of sales management, budget planning, and offer constructive feedback to improve results.
- Take responsibility for the recruitment, orientation, training, development, and retention of your regional team.

- Act as a liaison to foster cooperation and communication between various departments and regions.

- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on employee development and retention.
- High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired results.

Required Education / Experience
- Oversees regional sales and operations and overall success of the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development.
- Experience leading a team and influencing team members.
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot) software preferred.
- Up to 50% travel on average monthly.
- Attendance at Marketing events, tradeshows and other events as discussed.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
