Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Dealers Development and Sales Operations Director to join our client in car brand. This role is pivotal in expanding and managing our dealership network, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealer development, sales operations, and a proven track record of fostering successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealership Network Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential dealerships to expand the brand's footprint.
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth and optimization of the dealership network.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and market share.
Dealer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealership partners.
- Provide guidance and support to dealerships to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement processes and systems to enhance sales and operational performance.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on dealer development and sales operations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- from 10-25 years experience in dealer development and sales operations within the automobile industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, market dynamics, and the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful dealer development and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
