We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Director of Sales & Operations to join our growing company. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and shape the future of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business, including P&L, sales, marketing, hiring, and ensuring the growth and profitability of our company. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are working smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales goals.
- Manage P&L and drive profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Oversee the company's hiring process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
- Drive the company's in-home sales strategy, ensuring that we provide top-notch service to our clients and achieve our sales targets.
- Monitor the construction industry and market trends, and adjust business strategies as needed to stay competitive.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic business and marketing plans.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Experience in hiring and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
