As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role as an Ecommerce Sales Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, overseeing special projects such as new product launches, kitting initiatives, sampling procedures, bundles, and more. You will be the custodian of our relationship with our 3PL partner and will lead continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on D2C and e-commerce channel profitability enhancements like parcel savings and shipment optimization. On the sales operations front, you will take charge of emerging channel relationship management and growth strategies, covering areas like assortment, pricing, and trade spend. Collaboration with our Business Analytics Team (BAT) and operations team will be key as you work on managing forecast plans for all our owned accounts. Your contribution will be transformational, elevating current processes and growth opportunities in e-commerce while driving substantial sales growth and profitability for Chomps.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales operations or a similar role.
- Prior industry experience in food, CPG, or grocery/natural sectors is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in managing cross-team projects and execution.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to manage external partners, with a preference for 3PL and fulfillment partner experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
