Code Camp teaches kids from 5-13 years old how to code and create through our Holiday and After School Programs/Clubs. Our presence is growing by the day and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team.

We're looking for a proactive Sales Operations Project Manager to:
- Enhance our sales processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support sales initiatives, optimise workflows, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Map and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and clarity around success metrics.
- Analyse internal data and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to capture and act on school and student experiences.
- Coordinate with various teams to gather customer success stories and develop sales collateral.
- Experience in sales operations, project management, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with a talent for identifying trends and insights in complex data sets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and visual collaboration platforms like Miro.
- Note: 3-month temporary contract with possible extension.
