CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team and drive revenue growth for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities, ensuring the company's financial success, and expanding our global presence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy in line with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on achieving an annual revenue target.
- Sales Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee a global sales organization operating.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Monitor customer feedback and drive necessary improvements.
- Sales and Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless and effective lead generation and sales conversion process.
- Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and manage revenue forecasting models, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Product and Service Portfolio: Leverage a deep understanding of IT services and products to optimize the company's offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and are competitively priced.
- Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the sales and revenue organization. Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

Qualifications and Expectations:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 to 18 years of progressive sales and revenue management experience, with a proven track record of delivering annual revenues of $4 to $5 million or more.
- Global Market Exposure: Substantial experience in working within the US, UK, and European markets, understanding their nuances, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- IT Services and Products: Strong familiarity with IT service and product offerings, enabling effective optimization of the company's portfolio.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term revenue growth plans, as well as translate these strategies into actionable objectives.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and leading high-performance sales teams.
