We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Operations manager owns the Amiy sales funnel and analyzes, tracks targets, and optimizes the sales funnel to drive revenue growth. The Sales Operations Manager will partner with Sales Leadership and their teams to drive business insights, flag areas of risk and opportunity, enforce workflows, drive adoption, and track KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize revenue processes to drive efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Utilize and enhance our HubSpot and Apollo systems to streamline sales and marketing operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators.
- Work closely with Team leads on data hygiene in our CRM
- Work with the teams to drive the adoption and enforcement of operational tools and workflows
- Own and lead end-to-end optimization initiatives related to the performance of the revenue motion and its KPIs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot and Apollo systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A track record of implementing successful revenue optimization strategies.
