Insight Global is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with an interest in developing a diverse skill set and working cross-functionally at a fast-growing IoT company. In this role, you will be working closely with the On-Site Sales Team supporting with the administrative and back-end work to free time for the day-to-day sales growth and client account upkeep including booking orders for customers and/or partners as well as supporting customer billing requirements. This is a dynamic role in which you will be working closely with majors team sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and our largest clients.
Minimum requirements for the role:
● 2-3 years of work experience
● Experience working in Salesforce
● Experience processing high volume of support ticket requests
● Critical thinking to solve problems AND experience working in an ambiguous environment
● Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
An ideal candidate also has:
● Experience with Enterprise level clients
● Experience working in Salesforce, ZenDesk, and Google Suite
● Customer Support experience supporting internal teams and external customer
