About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in continuously evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing our go-to-market strategy. As a trusted advisor to our sales department, you will gain a deep understanding of their processes and objectives, providing guidance on how to improve and streamline operations. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will drive operational improvements by customizing our CRM, defining rules and automation, and creating actionable KPIs and dashboards. The ideal candidate is data-driven and enjoys diving into details, while also being a strong communicator and collaborator.
- Manage and optimize all Go-to-market-related SAAS tools, including Hubspot, Aircall, Chorus, Zoominfo, and more.
- Customize CRM objects, views, and automations using Hubspot.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in both Hubspot and Tableau.
- Administer sales incentive plans.
- Translate real-world business challenges into CRM objects, processes, metrics, and goals.
- Track key KPIs and data points throughout the sales funnel.
- Distribute leads to various sales representatives on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and measure goals at both the departmental and individual representative levels.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in CRM customization (Hubspot experience preferred).
- Strong skills in creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau experience preferred).
- Proficient in data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with commission process management (preferred).
