Position: Sales Operations Coordinator
As our Sales & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our growth initiatives. We're seeking hardworking, driven individuals ready to build a career around purposeful work. You'll be self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in our performance-driven culture. What We Offer:

Implement and maintain CRM program.
Liaise with outside Brokers and Sales Reps.
Manage digital Co-op Planner.
Plan and attend trade shows.
Assist with packaging design and production.
Manage sample shipments across the US and Canada.
Provide warm, friendly communication across the company and with partners.
Manage Electronic Purchase Order fulfillment (EDI).
Manage social media assets and digital branding elements.
Lead Amazon, Shopify, and GS1 efforts.
Coordinate IT with outside resources.
Lead on BCorp implementation.
Assist in sourcing products from Canadian manufacturers.
Maintain electronic and paper files for clients, vendors & contractors.
Organize the office; manage key files; simplify and organize the environment.

Client Relations: Interact with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Problem Solve: Collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams to ensure shipments arrive and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain Files & Records: Organize both electronic and paper files for the company, showcasing exceptional attention to detail.
Brand Building: Provide brand assets, images, and files, ensuring our brand is represented effectively.
Communicate with the Team: Facilitate effective communication within the organization, providing timely updates, metrics, goals, and issue resolution.
Degree or Diploma in a Business-Related Field.
1-2 Years of Sales Support Experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
