Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who has recently graduated from university and possesses up to 2-3 years of experience in sales operations within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights that drive sales strategies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency.
- Provide support in the management and optimization of sales tools and systems, including Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce, Chorus/Gong, and others.
- Conduct data cleansing and validation to ensure the accuracy of sales data.
- Support sales team members with data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis.
- Assist in sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Help develop and implement training programs for sales teams on sales tools and processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested by the Sales Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in a sales operations role within a SaaS business.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales tools and systems such as Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce, Chorus/Gong is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
