Sales Operations Analyst - SaaS
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 base + Bonus + Benefits

As the Sales Operations leads you will be integral to the future success of the Sales/Marketing function within the business.

Responsibilities will include:
•Sales forecasting and driving improvements to ensure Salesforce accuracy.
•Partner with the Sales Leadership team and Group Director Sales and Marketing Operations to provide recommendations on improvements
•Supporting the UK Sales team to provide accurate regional, product and individual sales performance reporting.
•Manage the onboarding and training of new Sales team members on sales operations processes.
•Ensure efficient deal processing at Quarter End.
Continuous Improvement Deliverables:
•Continually challenge the status quo and drive Sales Operations
•Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies.
•Remain at all times compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate.
•Ensuring compliance with work health and safety requirements and policies.
Required Experience:
•Ability to effectively analyse and solve complex operational issues as part of a Sales function.
•Strong excel skills, ability to build complex models.
•Strong Salesforce experience, QTC experience preferrable.
•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
•Experience working successfully in a target driven environment
