Title: Sales & Operations Director

Package: £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary. £100,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Embedded, Mobile and Rugged Computing products. They are currently recruiting for a UK Sales & Operations Director to head up their established UK office based in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will control all aspects of the UK operation and reporting to the General Manger in Taiwan, so it is essential they have a broad experience with a strong sales background in Industrial and Embedded Computing or a similar market.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Integration Departments
• Monitoring Company Profit and Loss (P&L) in particular, Revenue and Margins
• Identifying business growth areas and implementing action plan to penetrate market sector(s)
• Working with international Headquarters to ensure good business communication and management functions
• Producing and submitting regular reports financial reports
• Managing the UK office and carrying out regular performance reviews including productivity
Key Requirements:
• A strong product sales background in Embedded Computing, Rugged Devices, Electronic Displays or a similar market • Prior experience in sales management or business operations
• Degree or equivalent (HND) preferably with a technical background (Engineering/Electronics/Computing Hardware)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions • Able to travel to Buckinghamshire office on a regular basis
