As the CRO, you will lead and strategize the company's revenue generation efforts to ensure sustained growth and market expansion. Reporting directly to the Executive President, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-focused strategies, optimizing sales processes, and building high-performing teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Strategy: Develop, communicate, and execute innovative revenue strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Technology Focused: Provide input in product ideation with a client lens.
- Market Assessment: Lead the assessment of new market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Identify and prioritize segments with the highest growth potential and ROI.
- Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales organization, setting clear goals, targets, and metrics to drive revenue performance. Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration within the sales team.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Team Building and Development: Design and build sustainable, high-performing teams comprised of inside and global field sales. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster growth, engagement and skill enhancement.
- Account Management: Bring best practices to process, resulting in increased client loyalty and growth in cross-sell success.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with key partners, clients, and industry stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts, monitor sales performance, and report on key metrics to the executive team. Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Enterprise Sales: Design an effective big deal pitch process using a consultative approach to successfully sell multiple products in a stack.
Who we are and what we do:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in revenue-focused roles, with a minimum of 5 years in executive leadership positions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with proven experience running sales and account management teams.
- Prior success in enterprise/complex sales.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the HR Tech industry or related fields is a plus.
