Pursuit Search Group is delighted to partner with an industry leader in HR Solutions to select their next Vice President of Account Management.
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% On-site). (If you are not local, please feel free to apply - relocation is available for qualified candidates).
Compensation: $150K-175K base (OTE $275-300K with potential for higher earnings) + annual EQUITY bonuses.

What will your day look like?
• Team Leadership: Build and guide a robust direct account management team to exceed the company's sales goals.
• Sales Strategy: Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring it's full of qualified opportunities and leads.
• Collaboration: Partner across departments to continuously drive sales alignment and achieve business goals.
Who are you?
• Experienced Leader: At least 5 years in a Sr. Manager / Director-level sales leadership role in Sales Operations or Sales Excellence and preferably 15+ years of sales experience total.
• HCM Expert: Industry knowledge in HCM / HCM Solutions is a necessity.
