Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Utilize Salesforce software and AI integrations to enhance sales operations, analytics, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with the company's overall vision.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for product development and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership, with experience in a director or head of sales role.
- Extensive experience in the use of Salesforce software and proficiency in AI integrations to drive sales.
- Background in medical and optical field sales is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales best practices, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and professional development.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to create and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
