Job Description
- Identify white space and low-spender opportunities for each sales territory
- Determine to cross-sell and bundle opportunities for the Sales organization
- Oversee sales and marketing communication at the territory level inspiring ABM execution
- Drive the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks for each territory
- Identify and publish upcoming contract renewals
- Initiate 30, 60, and 90-day new client onboarding communication
- Create and manage stewardship meeting calendars
- Measure customer sentiment pre and post sales
- Acts as the bridge between Sales and Marketing for account-based marketing and nurturing campaigns
- Act as a resource for dashboards and reporting that highlight revenue progress and opportunities
- Evaluate technologies that increase Sales Productivity
- Partners with the sales management team to identify opportunities for sales process
- improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Business or Financial Analyst
- Above average work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Exemplary written & oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with individuals with differing skill sets
- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce.com, OutReach, HighSpot, PeopleSoft, Oracle , and Zuora
