Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator provides key operational support and is the main point of contact to our clients and key stakeholders which are mainly fulfillment facilities and retailers. The ideal candidate has demonstrated interest and experience in business operations, customer service, and data entry especially in apparel and footwear industries. This position provides opportunity to learn about different aspects of running a fashion business, and the ideal candidate is someone with willingness to learn and master new skills. A desire to work with emerging brands and an interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is important. We work with small brands, and we seek a candidate that is passionate about helping grow a business and help set our brands up for long term success. This role would provide for gained exposure into the inner workings of the fashion and lifestyle brand industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Daily customer service support inclusive of: order entry, order and return processing, warehouse management
· Payment tracking and processing credit card payments for stores
· Factor management – invoice tracking and credit requests
· Project management of seasonal flow of fashion operations
· Tracking production shipments and receiving production shipments systematically
· Execute and manage allocations and the warehouse fulfillment process
· Retailer shipping compliance audit and execution
· Wholesale customer service and ecommerce where necessary
· Data entry and analysis
· System and integration management

Desired Experience
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business related field preferred
· 1-3 years of full-time or internship experience in operations and customer service
· Familiarity with A2000, Quickbooks, Shopify, other ERP systems are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Between $63,000 - $73,000 depending on experience
