What you’ll do…
Strategic Leadership
- You will provide high-level strategic leadership to our sales team for the channels you oversee.
Territory Analysis
- Partner with Sales Leadership to meticulously analyze the landscape. Identify accounts with growth potential and areas where distribution may require enhancement or optimization.
Product Strategy
- Effectively communicate product strategies set by brand and design to the field team. Assist external sales reps in curating assortments tailored to their specific territories.
Sales Target Management
- Oversee the planning, projection, and management of sales targets for each territory and our top independent accounts.
Digital Assets
- Manage the digital asset and sales tools process. Ensure images and style details are readily available to our partners for integration into their websites.
Sales Analytics
- Regularly analyze business performance on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis. Prepare comprehensive seasonal sales recaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage crucial cross-functional relationships with departments such as design, sales, operations, and customer service. Collaborate with these teams to address territory rep needs and explore new opportunities and best practices.
Sales Strategy
- Actively participate in sales strategy and development meetings with leadership and the sales team.
Account Relationship
- Develop strong and enduring relationships with top independent accounts, engaging with management and ownership levels.

- Prior experience in managing sales executives and support team members.
- Experience in account and order management, business strategy, and merchandising.
- Experience with Sports Licensed brands, independent or boutique sales, Athletic Specialty, or Fan Retail sales is a plus.
